How it works

Step 1

Monitor

The first step is for us to deploy an intelligent data collection agent (DCA) to your IT infrastructure. The DCA will scan your network, identify every printing device you’re running and begin to actively monitor the usage data from each machine which is then securely fed back to an online portal. We have extensively tested the security features of our DCA software to ensure it’s completely safe.

Step 2

Analyse

After around 4 weeks from the DCA deployment our print experts will begin to analyse the collected data, break down the running costs of your current equipment and build a report on your current situation. Think of it like a scorecard for your copiers & printers.

Step 3

Improve

We will then present our findings and analysis to you. If we believe there are improvements to be made we will have real life facts and figures to back this up and detailed recommendations on how to do this. If we find no improvements can be made and everything is running in tip top shape, then that’s that!
